Quiet and Clean

In my 8 years here, the noise has only been an issue during the day or at night from immediate neighbors less than 10 days a year! Which is fantastic since middle schoolers go to school across the street, which is next to the police station, and I telework mainly from here. I haven't found a better price though I know few better exist for a 2 year lease, but the location has allowed me to stay through many job changes. Love the close gym and Wegmans and 20 min door to door to Tysons! Also, out of more than a dozen work orders, all have been serviced within 2-3 days with no redos. I recommend this quiet convenient affordable living to everyone I talk to about apartments!

Apartment Review

I have been living here for 5 months. The place is very nice, and the staff are all very friendly. Maintenance has helped with every request we have had so far. The location is convenient, with places to eat, buy necessities, and go out all within a 5–10-minute drive. Cost of living is fair for location and space. I would recommend people looking to move to the area to check it out.

Convenient with Solace

I've lived here for 7 years and never had a problem maintenance couldn't fix - promptly. Even got a new dishwashing machine no hassle. My neighbors have come and gone but always quiet, which is especially nice for my focus teleworking. I think it's because the louder partyers go elsewhere, and family goes here since there's a middle school and elementary school and a police station within a few blocks on the same road. The staff has always been kind to me and I enjoy the birds in the trees out front.
