The Landlord appears to be primarily focused on revenue rather than tenant well-being. After a change in ownership, a fee that had existed under the previous owner was increased by 60%, and additional new fees were introduced. There have also been ongoing issues with a towing company contracted by management. Despite tenants having valid leases and designated parking, vehicles have been towed, creating significant disruption and frustration for residents. There is no evidence of unauthorized parking within the community, as access is limited to residents and their guests. Due to the lack of resolution through normal channels, tenants are now preparing to pursue legal action to address what they believe to be unfair and predatory practices. Overall, this has been a disappointing and stressful experience.

Poor management behavior, management guy park his car on the road while the road was messed up with hills of snow and insulted us because we’ where trying to bypass his car and it got a little marked.

We have lived here going on 5 years. My experience has been OK. Not great not totally bad. Their yearly rent increases are absurd and frankly I think illegal. This apartment is OLD and we pay a lot. I do not think I would recommend this place to anyone frankly.

Lived here since June 2025, its been good so far. Parking isnt as bad as some reviews may say, and i dont have a reserved spot. Office always responds within a timely manner to my emails. Maintenance is pretty quick about responding to my requests. I had 3 minor things happen in the apartment that required maintenance and they made sure to check/fix the issue as quickly as they could. All in all, pretty good place to live.
