Staff members are First Class Professional and Friendly (6 Stars rating out of 5). Overall, we REALY ENJOY our apartment, but the rent is Very Expensive. However, everything else considered, 4.4 Stars out of 5.

Could be better

Nothing ever gets done when reaching out to the manager. Parking still remains a major issue, yet they continue to claim they fixed it. People still continue to come onto the complex to play and use the facility that residents are paying for. There's always issues here.

Amenities

Living here is pretty great. The only thing I hate is that there seems to always be a HIGH price to reserve the amenities that we are already paying for. At any other complex that I have lived in, they never charged such high prices. Maybe a deposit that you would get back in the end if everything was well kept. But here, it is ridiculous. Parking has improved and everything else seems to be good.
