Fabulous place to be a visitor!!!
My son is a resident and could not be happier. The apartment he lives in is beautiful. As a mom I feel that it is a safe place, and a place that he will be able to walk freely and enjoy the amenities. His father and I visit when we are invited. It is always someplace that I look forward to going to. When we drive into the residence, the area looks beautiful. It is so well maintained. The maintenance staff for inside and outside the apartment complex is outstanding, They respond swiftly to any call that is put in the request spot in the portal. The grounds are lovely. The pool, Inside the office area, the game room, the theater area and all kept very clean and inviting. We love this place. My son has just renewed his lease. Guess he has chosen to stay in Charlottesville another year. Wasn't always certain about that. Great choice I think. So glad for this opportunity to write about this comfortable, living space.

Great apartments
Nice clean complex - maintenance responds whickly & great staff in the office. Unit itself is a bit aged compared to newer models & fairly pricey, but parallel with almost everything else in the area.
