I've lived at Smith's Landing for 3 years now and have loved my entire time here! I was looking to move at one point but decided to stay at Smith's Landing because of the environment, helpful staff and ease of simply living! You don't have to worry about guest parking, parking passes for yourself, or untimely maintenance requests.

Lived here 3 months so far, it has been pleasant. Parking can be slim at times and the parking pass is not cheap, but it isnt a big issue. Overall a great place to live near campus.

I moved in this past August into a one-bedroom and so far, I am really happy living here. My unit is the perfect size and there is almost never any noise from neighbors. The location is perfect next to the Huckleberry Trail for me and my dog as well. Management and maintenance are attentive, and parking is always ample.

I have lived here for over a year now and have experienced no problems what so ever. The apartment is great in quality and size for the price, the staff is always helpful with any interaction I've have with them, and I am only a 5 minute drive from campus. This apartment complex has been the best experience I have had within my 4 years of living in Blacksburg.
