Life at The Wellington
i have been living in The Wellington for 3 years. This is a good community to live in, location is best, amenities are good, groceries store, CVS, metro station, children play area connectivity to different places, public transport everything is nearby. Staff is good, they listen to you concerns and take appropriate actions. Maintenance is good, your request are resolved ASAP, maintenance guys are good. The community have all sorts of parking - open, covered, reserved. The only issue you can find is late night parking if you do not have reserved parking.

Premium apartments that aren't
We have been here a long time and continue to be treated like dirt. The so-called premium apartment is so far from that it's ridiculous to even use those word in the same sentence. Now that the Wellington has become a 'welfare hotel' the quality of life here has sunk to new lows.
