Taking advantage of tenants

The charge for parking AND create reserved spots for people who pay extra, limiting the spaces for people who already pay. They’ve been doing a very frustrating beautification project in lieu of fixing structural issues or updating old appliances, including faulty heating systems or water heaters.

Great Place !!

I appreciate the office staff, they are always helpful. and I really appreciate maintenance there are only two guys Deon and John and they work extremely hard, they should be appreciated more, these guys really have a lot of work on they hands and never complain.
