Harsher COVID protocol than hospitals

I wish I knew moving in that I would not be able to bring a single guest to the rooftop (open air environment). I also sprained my ankle recently and had a procedure that makes it tough to walk. I ordered a lot of groceries knowing I would be unable to get them for a while on my own. Before the delivery person arrived I called down to ask if they can let him up and explained the situation. Answer was no, so I hobbled down the stairs and got the month or so with of groceries to carry them up. I have not seen a single other building (non JCB) have these levels of restrictions. These restrictions are disparate from state guidelines regarding COVID. I will never be living here or any other property under this mgmt again as there is no point of living in a building with ammenties that are hardly useable. Complete dissatisfaction.
