Maintenance/Carpet
The Foundry is by far the nicest/cost-effective complex in Nova. It's definitely a four out of five! All carpet should be removed. It's germy. Also the stain on the Foundry logo in the lobby should be cleaned. Other than that it is PERFECT! The staff is great as well.

Place has potential. It requires better management and better maintenance personnel.
Great location, unorganized office staff
There are better, more organized leasing companies and more affordable places to stay. The location here is excellent though. Parking is a lot more than every place within 1-2blocks and more secure.
Feedback
It's hard when the office is closed on Sunday and I need support. For example, my cousin was in town and I left my keys with the front desk before I left, some how keys are now with leasing office but when my cousin came on Sunday the office was close. One other time, I lost my keys to the garage and the parking guy told me to talk to the leasing office to get paperwork done so he can make me a new badge and the office was closed.

We are pet-friendly and LARGE dogs are welcome here!
A maximum of two pets are allowed per home. An upfront pet fee of $500 for the first pet and $100 for a second does apply. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet.
