No real complaints
No real complaints besides visitor parking and front office people rarely there got a few packages stolen also
Security/Access
I really enjoy living at Parkstone! It was advised that the front desk would not be allowed to give access to visitors. However, since we are constantly having issues with the call box, it would be beneficial to the residents if were we given more than one fob. Due to the call box not working, my guests have no access to enter the building.
Pet Policy
Maximum of two pets allowed. There is a non-refundable $500 up front pet fee for up to two pets. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Documentation and photo required. Restricted breeds include the following: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, Catahoulas, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids or any hybrid of these breeds.
Exotic animals also prohibited. Breed documentation and photo required.
