Overpriced apartments

Website claims they are luxury apartments. After living here I have had subpar maintenance. Many things around the complex are out of date. Plumbing needs were never followed up on. Management never follows up when they say they will. They are inconsistent with policies. Apartments are outdated in appliances, but still charge like they are an actual higher end apartment complex. $900 for a one bedroom is extremely overpriced in this area.

Not a happy tenant

Have lived here for over 3 yrs & rent goes up every year. This year we have had the covered parking lighting out & still have to for the covered parking which I think is stupid. Plan on moving out when our lease is up in March 2021

Great place to live real close to the freeway makes traveling a lot quicker. However the west building get a lot of freeway noise. And the complex over all is a great place to live
