The apartments are fine, they generally have the amenities that are needed. The maintenance is terrible since you don’t have enough pile to do the job correctly. The repair of your outside property I.e., exit doors, entry rugs at the entrances, keeping ice from being built up, the owners lack of responding to tenants safety needs is sorely lacking. Your manager has no back up. There is no one to back up the manager, maintenance. You have no weekend people to help with problems. You have NO patrol. Your snow removal people and lawn maintenance is VERY POOR.
