A Fantastic Community to Live In!

Nice apartments with a great location but...

The location cannot be beaten. You're in walking distance of a small strip mall and Harmon's! The value is quite good for what you get here. The noise levels are acceptable with only the occasional person slamming doors or running around. The small dog area they have is made of pebbles which is a mess and not very inviting, but I am sure they just want to keep costs down for maintenance of it. The only downside to these apartments is the consistent car break-ins. Even behind the gates of P2 and P3, I have consistently and frequently had my guest's cars vandalized. This is also with my guest's locking their doors too.

Beautiful views, very expensive

Nice enough. A place to lay one's head. Quiet. Secured parking is a huge plus, and is the reason that I am willing to pay the rent. Plenty of opportunities to foster community here. New management as of June, so we'll see how they fare. There's a condo community next door that has ponds with ducks, very nice ambiance. Neighbors don't wear masks unfortunately, and the common areas could use a serious facelift: paint, buttons, vending machines, gym, rooftop garden for sure. Very, very expensive when you factor in the mandatory "media package" (160), valet trash (20) and common area utilities on top of your own utilities. I am in a 550 sq ft studio and my total base rent, excluding my own utilities, is 1300. I was fine paying for this before covid, but now it seems like a waste and I don't feel comfortable using the gym or pool since people really don't seem to think that they need to also take precautions.

We are happy to call Element 31 at Brickyard a pet-friendly apartment community.  Our monthly pet rent is $35 and our one-time pet fee is $300, per animal.  Check out the link to learn more about our pet policies and see our accepted breeds of dogs.
