Super slow to address and take care of issues.

Still waiting for new dishwasher after many requests, over 3 months now.

Country Woods

Country Woods is set in a beautiful area and is typically quiet. The onsite laundry and pool are great amenities.

Bad maintenance

Lived here since aug 2023- feb 2024 and so far ive had 2 floods without proper cleanup, no ac for 2 months( burnt out motor that went unfixed), no heat for 2 weeks on and off this winter (same motor issue going unfixed), black mold in bathroom mainly shower rotting away at the caulk, “forgot to seal down the toilet” after first flood, overhead light fixire in bathroom burnt out twice, broken dishwasher(filling up with water and leaking out bottom), unable to reach maintenance during hours plus emergency maintenance multiple occasions.
