Not worth it

We were not told prior to move in that there were no drawers in the apartment at all. After months of living here we still do not have any drawers, just holes where they should be. The rent includes insane added fees that make it almost $200 more than advertised. Sewage is ridiculous, you have to pay for valet trash service on top of another monthly trash fee which makes it almost $40 a month. Maintenance fees are $45 a month and it doesn't look like it goes towards maintaining much. The staff are mostly friendly, but that's about it for plus sides. Parking is close to apartment, but that's another monthly fee.
