Never Fix Problems

New Management don't really care about maintenance tickets. Trash everywhere but in the bins, and kids can't play on the grass without stepping in dog poop. Rent has gone up over $400.00 in less than 3 years but nothing improves. Wish I could afford to leave...but if this keeps up, I won't be able to afford to stay! Catch 22!
