Something has to Change

I am not pleased I have reported several times and the issue has not been resolved and I am dealing with this till 2 am and not being able to sleep and it has been affecting my work.

Very nice complex, tons of construction noise

Brand new and you can't beat the amenities. The staff is superb, too. Get ready for construction noise -- often starting at 6:30am. I pay extra for a designated EV parking spot, yet they don't enforce parking and more often than not non-electric vehicles are parked in the spot with charging stations, so that extra money I'm spending every month has turned out to be a total racket. On top of that, 3 of the 4 EV charging stations for my building have been out of order for two months.

Really enjoy the new complex. Still a lot of construction but I am eager to see the new doggy park!
