Great until you move in

Rent way higher than the value. Everything is outdated. Only 1 way in and 1 way out. Hot water only works when the heat is off. Good luck getting anything fixed. Paper thin walls and floors. This is where all the looney ppl come to complain

The company is good management Hillary!! The Worst!!

If you’re looking for a place to live this is not the place to come to! I’m sure the other managment are decent but it just takes one person to ruin it for the rest. Hillary likes to take things personal and act as a martyr. We had an incident recently with our gas billing where she was not willing to help us even though we just moved from one unit to a different unit within the same building Because we had called the gas company and had them switch it over to our new unit, but for some reason it didn’t go through so we called the office to see what we could do instead of descalating the situation She escalated it to where it went up to her boss Gavin, and he was able to help us out! But if you still move here, just be prepared to deal with Hillary or until we get a new management we’ve been here since the ending of 2018 begining of 2019 and now 2024. As of right now it’s where we like it here in Bluffdale but not ready or able to move into a home that’s why we’re still here. I don’t know if her family or her dad owns this place but she sure does act like it so happy hunting and hope you find it soon!!
