Stonebrook Apartments on Paluxy not worth the money!

Parking in the back is so bad, Not enough parking for the amount of apartments. Trash all over the ground. The young boys living across from us parties all the time with loud music, standing outside the door smoking, talking loud and some fighting. The people above us walk around like a heard of baby elephants and when we report it the the girls in the office say they call them and are told "its not us, its on the 3rd floor" at first when they would call them it would be quiet for about a week but now it does not stop at all. We have repeatedly asked the office girls to please come to our apartment and listen, well we were told someone went yesterday and stood in the foyer and didn't hear anything, our security camera does not show anyone was standing in the foyer at all.. We have video of the upstairs people fighting, cussing, throwing stuff off over the balcony onto the foyer like boxes of shoes. Its a nightmare living in this building!!!!!!!! As soon as possible we are out and I feel sorry for the next tenant.

Wonderfully responsive Manager and Staff! Apartments and Property are very well maintained. Good floorplans with ample storage. Overall a great value and place to call home!

Wouldn't Live Anywhere Else

I just signed my 5th lease and I literally couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The property is clean and well taken care of. If I have an issue of any kind the staff addresses it promptly and gets it taken care of immediately. The management staff here is and always has been 5 star. They help you any way they can and treat you like family. Maintenance guys here are amazing! If there is an emergency with anything, be it a/c or plumbing they are on it even if its after hours. I like the fact that there is a "home like" feel to Stonebrook. Its what drew me here to begin with. That and the fact that Melissa is the most amazing manager ever. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Gym has all the basic equipment you need to get a workout in. If you are looking for a relaxed home kind of vibe in apartment living, you will like Stonebrook.
