Great Property, not so great management
Property and location are great. Management has not been helpful and is hard to get a hold of. Any issues you have you have to contact them multiple times. They are not respectful of your time and entering your apartment.

Enjoyable living
I live in the Hudson at Austin Ranch and I love every bit of it. There is a pond and a small lake that are on the trail of the property and many restaurants nearby. Neighbors are friendly and it is a dog friendly community. Sometimes you may hear the birds in the pond, but nothing to distracting.

The Hudson is a great place to live if you have pets, and easy access to bars and restaurants in the area. Neighbors are friendly. I love the walking/running trail. Prices a little high, but hoping things change before I renew.
