We are a pet friendly community at The Boathouse; however there are breed restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment. $250 refundable deposit  $400 non-refundable fee Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. Call the leasing office to receive a full copy of the pet addendum. PET PERKS: We love your furry roommates as much as you do!  That’s why we want to spoil them with access to Bacon's Dog Park at The Shacks, a one-acre off-leash dog park in Austin Ranch.  We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.

Wonder Apartment Living

The Boathouse is located in a beautiful and well-kept neighborhood. The architecture style and landscaping is attractive, and management is friendly, helpful, and prompt. My only concern is regarding my particular neighbor's loud music, but, this is rarely unpleasant or disruptive. Would recommend to any one looking in this area.
