Like most leasing offices this one is no different

On Staff: Leasing offices are known to be notorious to serve the company rather than the customer. In this particular case of Thousand Oaks, I have seen only 2 gentlemen(Jose is the best) from the staff that were courteous and actually listened and were competent to resolve any tenant issues. Its like rolling a dice whenever you have a query and who gets assigned to speak with you on the phone. On Periodic Maintenance: There are email notifications if there is a potential water shutdown or electricity shutdown in the building you are living in. If you miss those emails, there is just no way for you to know that this is maintenance.

Living here is like a young retirement home/resort

I love that this place has a club house with WiFi because it's like my sanctuary for studying or just pleasure reading. Everyone here (neighbors and staff) are so friendly, you just feel welcomed. There are different club houses that you can rent for personal events, 6 pools (that I know of; if there's one that isn't kid friendly, you can always go to another one) and a sand volleyball court that is so much fun to play in! Me and my friends have played there more now that the weather is nice. The environment is safe to be out late night and there is night security patrol. There's a kids park and many dog parks which makes it very nice for dog owners to let their pups out run free. Only downfall of this place is that no matter how much the office tells neighbors with pets to pick up after themselves, they still leave poop everywhere and it just creates a very non-hygienic environment to workout or let our children play out. Maintenance is great just take a little while to complete work orders.
