Review

Moved here close to 3 years ago. Other than it being an apartment/residence, there is not much to say. The landscapers are here like clockwork, mowing dirt. Trees not pruned. Dogs defecate everywhere. Security here dismal at best. To increase occupancy, the caliber of people has decreased. The amount for rent, not the basic but in total far exceeds the value. Reasoning behind cost is "market value". That would be acceptable if all amenities originally offered to live here actually was here. Pool is never cleaned (putting chlorine in does not clean slime on bottom of pool). Security Gates non functional for almost a year. Deciding to put in Mandatory WiFi, and basically forcing already here tenants to pay for it, is insulting. Communication style to tenants (emails) is terse, and condescending. Improving for sake of face value beautification, does not equate to luxury apartment situation. The only apartments upgraded are the vacant ones. Yet the "original" tenants are increased to "Market Value' too by time all additional charges are computed.

Very good place to live

The pines are very chill. Barely any noise late night and all the people are very friendly. And the dog park is huge!! My pups love it !
