It would seem appropriate that there were hanging lights in the open floor plan. Poor lighting. The areas above the cabinets are filty. The apartment requires a deep cleaning.

The Mark at City Place - 1600 Springwoods Plaza Drive

I have lived in this building for several months now and find the constitution to be of top quality, noise to be minimal, the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the amenities to be top notch. My only wish would be for the top level of the garage to be covered from the elements so that a second vehicle can be protected from the sun and heat. Alternatively, there could be an option for a second vehicle to acquire a space in the garage that isn't currently used, Overall, I am happy so far!

Luxury lifestyle!

I have lived here almost 3 yrs now. For a luxury apt this is the place in Spring! All of the restaurants, movie theater and shopping opening up is exciting to have within walking distance. Come see!

Nice place to live but needs improvement in communication

Great place to live but the hours of the amenities are ridiculous. Only open from 9am till 5pm (when everyone works). They also prohibited parking spaces without any explanation why they did that. I do hear my upstairs neighbors who are very loud every night and when I sent an email about the noise, nothing has been done about it and they ignored my email that I sent to management to ask them if they could do something about it. I wish they could have the amenities open for 24 hours.
