everything pretty good. However, many amenities are neglected (most grills have no gas, need more dog poop stations, coffee machine often out or broken)

Can't Imagine Living Anywhere Else

My partner and I were here in the area for about a week touring houses and apartments before moving out here in 2023. The first day before we toured any of our planned apartments we were driving by Botanic Luxury Living and decided to stop in on a whim. After touring countless apartments all over the Houston Metro area we settled on Botanic and are so happy we did! The units are gorgeous and seem a lot more spacious than the square footage might suggest. Don't worry about your pets because the complex is extremely pet friendly and the monthly pet rent is a decent price. The amenities (resort style pool, community hall, yoga studio, two story gym, coworking space with private offices, computers, and printers, game room, dog wash station, bike storage room, coffee/cafe room, and movie theater complete with stocked snacks and drinks) make living here like a dream. Even the package locker system is wonderfully easy to use. The cherry on top has to be the wonderful staff. Each month they put out a list of resident events coming up and they go ALL OUT.
