I am finally settled into an apartment that fits for my mother and me. We are happy with our location within the complex. The staff worked with me continuously to move me from one apartment to another that was a better fit for me and my mother. I feel more comfortable with having to leave her at home sometimes and moving to the new apartment location has made us both feel better. We love our apartment home and am grateful to the staff for everything they do.

I will be coming up on my 1 year anniversary with Palmera Apartment Homes and I have been welcomed, listened to, and treated with respect since moving in. My elderly mother and I moved to SA last year and once we found a little place close to everything we need we were happy. There are a few things I would like to see happen as far as people and their pets and the cleaning of the breezeways, but overall the complex is nice. These things have no bearing on the staff and maintenance crew because they continue to work to assist and try to work with you with any issues or concerns pretty quickly. The staff and maintenance crew actually take the time and for me that is one of the things I look for in a apartment team. I have been happy and have wanted to move into a different bldg. and apartment and it looks like I will be able to do so fairly soon. So for me and my family, Palmera Apartments works for us.

I have lived in the complex since 2012 and have been more than satisfied with my decision to move here. Everything that I have needed to address or have questions about or any maintenance issues have always been met with understanding, politeness, respect and follow-up, which is something that has kept me here. There has been many people changes since moving in 2012 but I have yet to have a bad experience and that is something that you don't always find in other complexes. I have had some circumstances that had to be addressed and was with understanding and again respect. So "thank you" to the staff at Bennington always have been a good experience for me.
