Great place to live

Great place to live we moved from a 1st floor apartment to a 3rd floor. My only recommandation is buy thick curtains since the road is right there.

My Apartment Home

I have lived here now for two years and have been fortunate enough to have experienced wonderful staff, awesome maintenance crew and polite and thoughtful neighbors. I love the area I am in and the location of my apartment home is ideal with caring for my elderly mother. We are in close proximity to other family who helps care for her and also close around things we need to maintain travel easily. I feel comfortable here for myself and my mother. My past interactions with the staff and maintenance crew have been absolutely refreshing. I have lived in other complexes before and sometimes the staff tend to forget you are people and don’t feel you matter, well not with the staff and maintenance here. Everyone has been so helpful, courteous and respectful to me and my family. The only things I would like to see improved are the cleaning of the concrete breezeways where people have just allowed over time their leaking trash etc. to stain and damage the concrete in the breezeways, so with the power washing it doesn’t clean anymore, I would like to just see cleaner stairs and breezeways. Also finding a way to capture or locate tenants who do not clean up after their pets. The apartment supplies ample pet station bags and cans, there is really no excuse to not clean up your pets poop. Overall my living experience here is good and I plan to continue to call Palmera my apartment home.
