Disappointed in lack of communication

Disappointed in lack of communication from management. I've called multiple times requesting a call back and haven't received a call yet. Gate has not been working for over 3 weeks. I've never received a clicker to get in the gate that is working. Safety is compromised.

Great place to live

Love love these apartments, everyone from the office staff to the maintenance staff has been fantastic! Even the courtesy officer is so polite and friendly. The location is great as I work in New Braunfels and it’s only a 20 minute drive. I have taken advantage of the pool and gym a few times and the pool is always clean. It’s a very quiet community and it’s been fantastic so far.

Improvements needed

Great location and friendly neighbors in a quiet complex BUT..... Have put in 6-7 maintenance requests to main office staff for same issue with maintenance request submitted. Need to use either after hours staff or online for maintenance to eventually fix your problem. Urgent maintenance requests aren’t promptly taken care of. Amenity of valet trash service has missed too many pickups to count on days when trash is scheduled to be collected. I’ll put out before leaving for work and full trash is still sitting there the following morning. Gates are routinely out of service; either one side is frequently left at all hours or one side refuses to open....very rarely do both sides work at the same time. HUGE fire ant infestation throughout grounds. Dog park reeks of ammonia; needs fresh gravel. There’s always a large amount of old and new dog droppings left in grassy areas. Smell of stagnant water throughout property, especially at night, from pond in front of leasing office. Make sure to invest in a decent fan to guarantee you stay comfortable during late spring/summer
