NOT HAPPY

I wish I could give a 5 star review but given even a 1 star is pushing it because I have absolutely have nothing good to say of the short time I been a resident which has only been since October 2020. I never got to see the apartment before I moved into till the day of move in. The apartment wasn’t in the best condition. The carpet was horrible and lots of tripping hazards and spots and sticky stuff stuck in the carpet fibers. Toilets that have overflowed twice each and flooded the bathrooms and both run constantly which I have been reported and still have not been fixed . Master bathroom toilet has broken shut off knob so there is no way to get it shut as it continues to overflow. And now after the winter storm here a pipe busted behind my master bath sink and it flooded my apartment and I been trying to reach the apartment manager to find out what the plan is from here but no phone calls have been returned or any emails. It’s so frustrating when your in limbo and rent will be coming due here on Tuesday and they are going to be expecting it regardless of the unit not being livable. So how can I leave a great review when all I want to do is to be let out of my lease so I can move on and hopefully insurance that thank God I have will be able to replace the furniture I have lost can be replaced.

In regards to my work repair order no one has come to do a.

I have lived here 8 years and this is the worst service I have received in turning a work order in. No one has bothered to come in to repair my three request.

Not worth your money, building is old and falling apart. Mgmt cares more about replacing flower than fixing units.

The office staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. My move in was so stress free, The complex is quiet and they are Strict with the property being nice and clean. Love it here!!! Last time I lived in an apartment I was 18!
