Very welcoming and speedy response
I would sincerely would like to thank the maintenance crew here at Contigo 10800 for the speedy response to my apartments concern. Yesterday! My bathroom had some issues, I made a request for action on my residents account, I didnt even call. I was expecting maybe a day or two should they respond but I was so happy and amazed right after 30mins the maintenance guys were in my door. They fixed the problem right there and then. I should say I know already every ins and outs of every apartment. Great Job! And Thank you!
Nice safe quiet beautiful community
I am year 4 living here. Maintenance is ok. Have to prove water issues 2 occasions. They wouldn’t believe me 3 times water was coming up around the toilet. replaced the toilet came back said the guy didn’t come to seat it properly and never has it rocks to this day. down stairs neighbor water was coming down from a broken pipe in my apt. .water coming through from another apartment was stopped but did not repair damage to my base boards. Move in and water came in below sliding door. 1st year my electric bill was &400 month for two months The first month I reported it office they looked at me dead faced.& did nothing CPS came and checked my meter stated something was constantly drawing power. They suspected a part in air conditioner maintenance claimed it was the thermostat it went down some. $200 temp went down too $95 for 2 months $75 for 3!moI ended up paying installments for $1200 when it should have been $340 they stayed silent refusing to take responsibility for it. no need for air condition. heat was needed Bill was $60 mo but discovered air condition would not turn on. When I flipped it downThey came in & replaced part. In side ceilings Work fine since. When they come in they door to the laundry room always comes loose opens they adjust it and it does bad in days . It still that way today. They never compensated me for high bills. Silently refusing. The apt is nice no.w beside said damage. I am repairing myself so I don’t get blamed I don’t want them in here disrupting my life. New mangers painted outside maintain property well. maintenance staff mostly same. I don’ want them coming back time & time then they admit I’m right. It is a very nice place quiet. My apartment is very nice despite the early issuesI almost left after the first year but my troubles stopped. Enjoyed it ever since. The pool area amazing and trees & woodsy feeling plenty of areas to walk a dog the management has events for the tenants. You enjoy living here.
