This is a quiet community,housing many retirees as well as young professionals. Maintenence team responses have been prompt. Expect water issues and older building repairs. It is an older complex. Appreciate the efficient management team, good location and the old elegance quiet environment.

Quiet charm

We have lived here for fourteen years and have had our share of old build problems. This is to be expected in any older complex/home. We appreciate the larger rooms, closet space,storage and charm. The management and maintenance staff have always been prompt to take care of our problems. We are pleased. We have many nice and responsible long time neighbors and this is a quiet and convenient area. I do wish the grounds were better maintained and both gates worked simultaneously for safety reasons.

Good property

No issues Other tben tbe fire that maintenance started. Maintenance is really slow. Some act like they dont care . I still have mildew on bedroom wall i showed maintenance but never came back Tbe lock on sliding door is still broken last i heard they had to order part still waiting from july. But great property and very big
