Been here 4 years my first apartment before the fire no issues. The apartment i am in now i have had so many issues and the maintenance cant seem to get it all done. The office is great very nice people but i am getting tired of tbe issues. But the apartment is very large

Enjoyable to live here, because of the friendly. and quiet other residents. The apartment is large and comfortable. My retirement years have been very pleasant. My plans are to stay as long as everything stays as is.

In general favorable

Long time resident. Apartment very nice and roomy although trim needs repainting. Over last 2 yesrs maintenance and management response very improved . New windows great and much improved. Landscapping and pool maintenance improved but still needs work. Old plumbing continues to be a problem but is slowly being addressed. Overall enjoy living here and staff has always been couteous and generally very responsive
