Mostly Great!

These apartments are super charming and in the best location for a really great price. Parking is a pretty big issue- my car got scratched several times in the first few months living here so I had to stop parking in the places they want us to. It is a very tight squeeze in the back. The staff never took out the doggie bag trash and let it pile up for months and then to remedy, just removed the trash can and bags all together. This ended up meaning dog poop everywhere because I don’t think most residents has their own bags. The staff can be really non-communicative but I think that’s pretty normal for most big apartment companies. Either way, the price and location and charm outweigh the bad so we will be here for awhile.

Broadway Apts

I have lived here almost 5 years and like the location and my apt. I like that is has covered parking. I wish they had washer / dryer hookups because the ones provided are always broken in the laundry room. Also I am constantly having trouble getting things fixed or repaired.

Nice, but get rid of the entrance parking spaces

Overall I like these apartments; the parking can be extremely frustrating when people park at the parking lot entrances.
