All maintenance done in timely manner, pool is always clean but needs road work throughout the parking lot

Nice and quiet. Residents respect each other. Glad to live in a community like this.
Careful about parking
I got my car towed twice. Reasons being 1. The management I signed lease with said nothing about car registration. The new management did not communicate 2. I was told that my car should be registered. So I registered to the valiant resident portal. It was towed again. I came to know that I should register with myvipparking website. The staff did not bother to provide me this info when my car was towed for the first time. 3. I brought my friends car home very late night around 3 am and could not find visitors parking. So parked rright next to visitors parking and got it registered. It was towed very next morning around 9 I spent around 1000 dollars this year just paying the tow fees. They can be technically right but I have stayed before in other apartments where their first action would be to avoid the residents car being towed rather than proactively towing where they can be aome lenient.
Rent to high
Let’s start with the rent, I pay 1,100 for a 570 square foot apartment…. I don’t have anything in there Worth that. Carpet in the whole thing, and don’t even have a patio like the other people. I’m paying 1,100 for my sink to be outside my bathroom. And on top of that there was no where to park but now y’all take stops away and make me pay ? So now I pay 1,100 for a place that I have to walk all the way across the apartment complex to get to my apartment because I’m not paying to park when I pay that. And on top of all that there has been Fort Worth and Saginaw police checking and stopping cars in the apartment 3 times now and I walked into a cloud of tear gas that the cops set off and have Saginaw police knocking on the door saying to be careful.
