What others love about this property:

Ridiculous requirements 3x the rent

I almost looked these apartments i thought they were nice I actually came back twice to look at them thats how interested i was but the qualifications was to much 3x s the rent, for it to be all basic no new refrigerator with ice maker in front and little balcony no garage attached its pretty expensive.. You have to make 3 times the rent when literally most people make twice as that because of wages so far. Im not looking for a house its an apartment crying out loud. To have been open for months thats the first mistake. You want to get as many people in as possible your still building and to be honest, managment does this to keep certain people out. I make maybe twice and some plus my bank account had over ten thousand they still denied me. If i wanted a house then ill expect the requirements but a apartment thats little with no garage attached nor huge closet and no updated refrigerator! You can keep it management! Yiu lost my interest and thats with every apartment asking for 3 x the rent, some people dont have a job some do but they get what they can as far as wages. Also covid sort of messed it up, trust me apartments are call apartments for a reason its a quicker and easier way to gwt into.. it shouldn’t be so difficult to get into. The government needs to raise the wages first before any housing company maximize the requirements 3x the rent!
