Nice but everything can improve

Ive lived here for 3mos and ultimately it's nice but I've had some bad run-ins that ultimately do not drive the overall experience. My car was hit and run, the trash is always filled to the rim, garage broken, neighbor above me is noisy and I've voiced my compliant to no avail. All that stated I am still here for a reason and the staff is trying to turn this complex around after the initial management so all I can do is be patient with them. Amenities , price etc are great for this area!
