See list below for animals not allowed. A $150 deposit per pet, $250 non-refundable pet fee and $15 monthly fee per pet and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas) Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) (Note: Service/Companion animals may not be subject to this list).

Easy Access to almost everything

I have been in Encore past 1 year, it has easy access to almost everything by a very small walking distance. Surrounded by Walmart, restaurants, fast food and schools. Only downside is rent is too high and the parking is not covered. They have closed the gym and swimming pools always. Staff's are very good in responding to any maintenance issues.

Rude staff and poor maintenance

Common areas are poorly maintained with little to no regular/scheduled cleaning. I have complained of dog poop in the courtyard area several times to the staff and I have seen no improvement at all. Gym isn't functional for many months now. The leasing office is closed. The pool is constantly under maintenance. Access to the buildings are broken for years now. It is really impossible to have a calm and composed conversation with the leasing office staff. Not accommodative in any matter. I have stayed here for 5 years and I have seen a constant decline in cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Sorry state of affairs.
