Good Place to Start

This apartment complex is a good place to begin your adventures in Plano, but only if you get a place within a realistic price point. The 1 bedroom apartments are not worth over $1k & the 2 bedrooms no more then $1.3k. The most notable feature to this place is the exceptional maintenance staff that monitor the area and are incredible at handing issues. The worst part is the parking.... you'll likely never get a convenient parking spot unless you never leave or pay for one.

Quiet Complex. Maintenance Staff is the Best!

Been here for about 4 years. Have seen several complete office staff changes, so it's hard to rate them with 5 stars there, but they have all been good. FANTASTIC Maintenance Staff! Can't say enough good things about how prompt and attentive they are. Mostly career oriented community, older and responsible. Not a lot of kids here and prefer to keep it that way - sorry - but it makes it more quiet.

I love my apartment even though my building is sinking. However, I would like to see a discount for senior citizens. When I retire, I would like to be able to still live here.
