POOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE

This evening I had to call about my HVAC system leaking/POURING again - 5th or 6th time this has happened in 7 1/2 years. This is uncalled for. I asked the maintenance man Clark why this keeps happening and he said it is because of dust. I asked if there was something we could do to keep this from happening and he said NO. I asked if we changed our air filters or something and he said NO. All I know is that this should not keep happening - last time, about a year ago, they had to rip out the carpet in that area and replace it. I guess I need to start taking pictures of this stuff, the "bowed out" ceiling panel with the waterfall coming down and put it out there for everyone to see. And don't even get me started on how many times we have not had hot water OR have a sewage backup OR just no water at all!!!

At all costs, do not rent here. I have been a resident for 11 yrs. At 1st it was all good, after about 5 years the place started going way left. For the at least 6 yrs. it has been nothing but down hill. It is constant no hot water or no water at all. All they do is send you an email at the end of the day and hurry and get up out of there, (don't why I have stayed here as long as I have, guess I just have not felt like moving, or hoping things would get better. It is a shame that more less hold you hostage behind a lease. Luckily I have a lawyer and I can get out clean. If you move here you WILL wish you never did. I have all the water outage's sent from them in email. I can fore ward them to you if you are considering moving to Trash Trails. Send request and I will foreward them to you - deebynum73@yahoo.com.
