At Bentley Place at Willow Bend, our mission is to provide you with an immaculate apartment, prompt service, and a community that truly feels like home.
We are a pet-friendly community!  Pet Fee: $250 Refundable Deposit Per Pet, $325 Non-Refundable Fee Per Pet, $30 A Month Pet Rent. Maximum 2 Pets Allowed Per Apartment Home. Breed Restrictions: We do not allow aggressive dogs in our communities. A meet & greet with property management may be required for your pet's approval. See Leasing Office for official pet policy.

Resident Update March 2021

I have been a resident since August 2017. The grounds are well taken care of. The Maintenance Professionals are knowledgeable and quick to respond - they are great! The contractors for apartment upkeep are equally professional and do a great job. The location is optimum. Also, the Leasing Office team is very responsive and friendly. If you are considering a move to Plano, you should take a tour.

Happy

The five years that I've been here, I must say the I'm extremally happy. It's quite and very peaceful here. I'm glad that I chose to stay here than the previous one I saw five years ago.
