Love my new apartment

Love this complex. The building has been built with soundproof in mind. I can't hear my neighbors, so they must not be able to hear me. Love the layout, pool, gym and patio. Only wish they would have a gate code for guest to park inside the parking garage without me having to physically be there with them or leave my apartment to let them in. Currently there is no option for that. That is the only thing I'd change, that and the way they number the elevator floors.

Not worth it

This place is a disappointment. Its the most I've ever paid in rent. Trash sits in the hall on weekends and people don't care how long it sits out. I found pet urine on my doorstep and rolled through it with my suitcase on the way to the airport. Disgusting! I've experienced a whole new set of things in this complex that I have not experienced before. The grill by the pool is broken and barely works yet we all gather around to try to cook something on it. Can't you replace the burners and fix it please? For goodness sakes! Kaedra in the office is wonderful and just lovely and I appreciate all that she does.

Axis 3700 Review

Overall this has been a great apartment complex to live at. Lately however, it seems like maintenance issues haven't fully been taken care of [(no note left either describing the issue and what was done (2 occasions)], and the hallways and stairwells don't seem to be kept as clean as they used to be which is a little disappointing. Besides these couple things lately, I enjoy living here.
