Good location. Great staff and very clean. Units are well built. I'm happy here
Smoke and Mirrors
I'm not pleased by this apartment community. It's marketed as a luxury property but there aren't any luxorious amenities or features. Also there have been a multitude of issues with my property, there isn't full time maintenance, and there are other apartment communities in the area with a better value.

At RPM Living, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Luxia Preston welcomes cats and dogs. For each pet, with a maximum of two - there is a non-refundable pet fee of $550, pet rent of $25 per month, and a $20 screening profile. Contact our leasing office for more information!
