Find a way to make additional parking for guest. Heavy trash was a part of the lease agreement should consider this again or bring a bin out every 4 months.
Game Changing Inconveniences
Minimal parking when you have to store your bins in the garage because its too hard to move them to your backyard. There is nowhere for guests to park if you have a short driveway. Hate that there is no linen space in the hallways or bathrooms. Neighbors actually go through our backyard to get to theirs to put their bin.
