Wonderful staff!

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while, but finally having the time! The staff at The Emerson are all so amazing! They’re friendly and helpful, and the manager, Chris, went above and beyond to make sure that my move from a home into an apartment was as easy as possible for me. When I had a few concerns in the beginning Chris went out of his way to make sure that my kids and I were helped out right away and that we were satisfied with the fixes that needed to happen. Knowing that the staff was there for me and cared and wanted me to really be comfortable and happy with my apartment meant a ton! Loving living here and my kids love waving to the staff (who know them by name) as they ride around in their golf carts! The Emerson staff have created a great sense of community!

Overall a nice place to live

I have lived at The Emerson a little over two years now. This is one of the nicer communities that I have lived at. Maintenance is very responsive. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming when I go into the office. Parking is a little scarce at the front of the community but I usually find a spot still near my apartment. I love my kitchen and I LOVE the closet space. You can hear neighbors, but that’s apartment living. Overall a nice place to live. My family and I love our little home. If we weren’t purchasing a home we would have definitely renewed again for the third year.

Great Customer Service

The Staff in this office was amazing. Sinclair was my leasing agent and I applied the first time viewed the apartments because he made me feel I was already at home and where I needed to be. Sinclair and his team have been so patient with me because I asked a lot of questions and I can be a hand full. From the start to the end they have been there every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns. Great customer service and I appreciate the service I have received. :-)

Great Apartment for the price!

Been living in these apartments since July and overall has been great! Tarryn from the leasing office was so amazingly helpful and nice. She was definitely one of the reasons we chose this complex. Apartment is pretty big, especially for the pricing. It can be a little noisy as the walls are a little thin, but that’s to be expected in an apartment. Haven’t had any issues with insects minus the occasional one that gets in the door. Maintenance is always super quick to fix problems, however they are not the best at calling or leaving a note when they’ve been in your apartment. Parking is great, even when I get home late I still find a relatively close spot. Overall, great apartment!
