Love it here at Discovery

This is a great place to live. Shopping center, grocery store and doctors offices nearby, it is very close to hwy 288. Great gym, great resort style, swimming pool, lap pool and kid pool area. A park that we have access to in the back of the complex. The staff is wonderful, friendly and professional. They have holiday giveaways. And Even though it’s close to a main street it is quiet. I lived here before, and when I found myself having to rent an apartment again, I came back you would not be disappointed.

Sensational Environment

I've lived here for almost a year. I recently lived 3 blocks away from this property; therefore, I have been in this area for almost 8 years. Prior to signing a lease at this property, I had the opportunity to visit every apartment property within the area. I chose this property not only due to its beautiful landscape and amenities but because of the staff. My visit here made me feel at home almost immediately. The staff was highly attentive to what I was looking for in an apartment as well the convenience of stores nearby. Upon seeing the layout of the property and the apartment I was impressed with the layout of the interior of the apartment as well as the spacious balconies. What I enjoy most is the peace and quiet of the property. In all of my years of leasing I have never had a maintenance and office staff that has been as great as this property has to offer. Maintenance has gone above and beyond when called upon. Office staff has been transparent and always respond to issues in a timely manner. When family and friends visit, they inquire about the property and find themselves in awe upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that inquiries about leasing and looking for a unique and friendly environment. This property speaks for itself. At last, I have found a place I can enjoy calling home. Paradise at its finest.

I move in 2/28/23 and encounter some issues. Some resolved and still ongoing issue. My experience with office staff not so helpful as needed. For as maintenance personnel can be somewhat satisfied fixing the problem.

Convenient, clean!

I love it here because at Discovery at Shadow Creek Ranch apartments they have Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and safe property. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and department stores. The school district is phenomenal. The mail comes early no later than 1 PM. If you needed something repaired the maintenance department is absolutely fantastic, professional, respectful and they know how to fix things right.
