I am very pleased with The Portofino! It's quiet, safe, beautiful, and peaceful execpt for maintenance is tone dwaf and they refuse to address the problem I have reported since my move in date.

I have been here 18 years and was very happy, till this new management took over. Renting apartments that have major maintnance isues. Everytime I sit or look out my balcony or window to the maintenance garage area, theres a terriable mess left out there. Garbage area is filthy. so many things are wrong here. I have been very dissapointed this past year. i have recomended family members here. they put her in an apartment that water leaks in from windows and floor in to her mastr bedroom. walls developing mold. Terriable! I thank God my apt is okay. Its the other issues around me.
