Resident honest review

Lady K and Jessica were so friendly. I was so impressed at how the process of leasing the apartment was so quick and thorough. After living here for a month, I would definitely recommend this community. It's so peaceful, maintenance here is really nice and so quick to help. I've had no issues whatsoever. The river is only a walk ahead, which is so amazing. Overall it's such a WOW experince!

Great complex

We've lived here for a year and a half while our home was under construction. The location is fantastic. I rarely hear my neighbors. Overall quiet complex with an outstanding management staff. Anytime I had a maintenance request, they were on it with a resolution ASAP. My dryer went out for a couple days and I had to use their laundry facility - what a life saver! They ever offer commercial machines for big items! We had a riverside view which is hands down the best way to lease here! It's gorgeous. The ducks get a little annoying but that's part of living on the river. We have 2 dogs - one small, one large. Never had any problems with other animals and for the most part, residents are pretty good about picking up after their pet. My only semi-complaint would be the parking, and that's only RARE. I've lived at other places where it's a fight every night to get a spot relatively close to your unit. I've only had to park far a handful of times. I've found this complex to be very safe. I've accidentally left my car unlocked several times and have never had any theft or vandalism. Water pressure is good. Overall clean units. Decent size pantry. Kitchen appliances worked great. Good sized bedrooms - have a king in one and a queen in the other WITH a baby crib and chest of drawers. Overall great rental space.
