The Best Keeps Getting Better - Maintenance Request
I am compelled to write regarding the attention and care I feel I receive with anything I need at this apartment complex. At 61 years old I never thought I would leave my home to live in an apartment. The thought of that was just not acceptable. My lease ends in a few months and I would not think of leaving this complex. The highlight for now is your maintenance staff. Alejandro was polite and attentive upon my very first request when I moved in - ON A SATURDAY. My recent request to replace blinds was addressed with the same timely and courteous attention, always leaving a notice of entering my apartment. Always following up to check on my satisfaction within the same week. Can this get any better? I absolutely love this place.
