Make Ready Employee

Pine Oaks is absolutely horrible... the managers treat people like they are beneath them.! They have no respect for anyone and they only care about themselves. The moment you try to take off for using PTO it’s a problem but everyone else gets to use PTO or miss days. I was wrongfully terminated for taking off 3 days to take care of my gf who was badly injured and my manager told me “okay, that’s fine, do what you have to do.” She approved one day and counted my other 2 days as no call no shows and proceeded to fire me.. there’s no communication at this property. This place has no intention on helping you, they see it as you need them more than they need you. I pray to god no one moves their family and loved ones here because they will be mistreated. If they do it to employees they will do it to residents and prospects.

Not Happy

I'm not going to lie I hate it here . I'm greatfully for the second chance but this last apartment I'm staying in now is the worst. They painted in the bathroom so when you clean the tub all the paint comes off and you see what was left from the people before me it is disgusting. Who ever stay there before me was nasty as hell and the apartment people done a poor job in getting the apartment ready for the next family. I get you trying to move people in but do it right I hate it. I hate coming home and I don't like feeling that way.
