We have been living here for over 4 years now and we have experienced a high-quality living atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any questions or concerns we may have. Cathy (apartment Manager) is very kind and friendly! She always continues to make sure our family feels right at home! Whenever we have a maintenance need we can put in a work order and Mr. Steve and his staff in the maintenance department swiftly get the job done and follow up promptly on any other maintenance jobs, if needed. We really appreciate the service that the Rusic of Mckinney apartments provides for us when needed. If you are looking for a place that treats its tenants like family AND takes great care of any maintenance needs, efficiently, should one arise, I highly suggest you stop looking elsewhere and sign your lease with the Rustic of McKinney! The Rustic
Great place to live with courteous staff who assists with all of my issues and requests in a timely manner. Enjoy living in the park area. I'm surrounded by trees and get to bird watch very interesting birds and squirrels throughout the day. Centrally located in Mckinney which is convenient.
