Never again

Not the place i would ever live again- ive been here going on 4 years with need of major maintenance from water damage (windows molding, leaking ac bents, water stains on ceiling to the point you can see the outline of the sheet rock,ect) and basic wear and tear over 4 years. AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. Not only that but ive had to battle with parking and their stupid towing company taking residents cars and posting the smallest QR code every 800 feet to register. The gates are always broken- they is no security, the pool is closed half the time, and their valet trash service THAT YOU PAY FOR AN ADDITIONAL NOT OPTIONAL FEE is always inconsistent. To top it all off if they make a mistake on your monthly rent and you call ASAP to get it fixed and the tell you theyll call back once its adjusted to pay rent instead dont call you and serve you eviction papers after three days as being a resident that has never paid later than the first for their entire contract. Then force you to pay late fees on the third after waiving their eviction. Unfortunately in the economy nothing has been cheap enough to leave. As soon as i find something around the same price im never living here again ??
