Not clean

Now that the old building is open they neglect on c Keeping old building clean. On third floor stairwell there’s been a broken alcohol bottle and three garbage bags sitting there for a week. People smoke in the staircases and on their balconies and don’t pick up after their pets. Unclean.

Almost great

I've lived here for over two years now. For the most part, it's great- and was really great at the beginning. With the newer management, especially since they set up camp only in phase 2, things are not as really great. Maintenance that used to be done in no time takes forever, I had to email about my lease renewal about 87 times before getting a reply that answered my questions, and other questions take forever to get a response as well. It's extra frustrating since I used to be able to just head downstairs if I needed a faster answer. Now I'd have to walk across the street and wander a building I don't know to find anyone. Just respond to resident requests and emails and it'd be 5 stars.
